The water participates in the thermo regulation, in the balance of acid base, in the creation of the digestive secretions, in the building and repair of tissues, in the transfer of the nutrients and in the elimination of the residues. The children’s need of water, especially the ones of the babies, is proportionally higher than the ones of the adults.
